Registration Process for Elite Edge Hockey Showcase

  1. Download and print the 2008 Elite Edge Hockey Showcase application form (PDF format)

  2. Complete the form and mail it with $100 check/money order deposit to:

    Franklin, TN 37064

Applications will not be accepted unless accompanied by a $100 deposit. Any deposit will be refunded to players not accepted to the camp and will be applied to the cost of the camp to those players who are accepted. Any cancellations are subject to a $100 processing fee. Cancellations within 10 days before the start of camp or during camp (for any reason) will not be refunded. Registration will only be reimbursed if the entire Elite Edge Hockey Showcase is cancelled.
